These terms apply when you use alltimestories.tv and the All Time Stories app (together, "All Time Stories"). By using All Time Stories you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the app.

What we offer

All Time Stories publishes short original fiction series and short explainers on trending news, history and internet moments, as videos and written stories. Right now everything is free to watch and read, and you don't need an account. We may offer an optional paid membership in the future; if we do, its price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and payments will be handled by our payment provider, Stripe.

Accounts

You can create an account with your email address to save your place or get updates. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing us.

Our content

The videos, stories, artwork, logo and other material on All Time Stories belong to All Time Stories or are used with permission. You may watch, read and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, re-upload, sell or remove our name from our content without written permission. Sharing a link to an episode or story is always welcome.

Fiction, AI and accuracy

The characters and events in our series are fictional, and any resemblance to real people is a coincidence. We use AI tools to help make our videos, and a person reviews what we publish. Our trending stories are based on the published sources listed with each story. We work to get the facts right, but news changes quickly and mistakes can happen, so our stories are for general information only and are not professional, financial, medical or legal advice. If you spot an error, please tell us and we will correct it.

Using All Time Stories responsibly

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or app.
• Don't scrape, download or copy our videos or stories in bulk.
• Don't use All Time Stories for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Other websites and platforms

Our stories link to news sources and other websites, and we also post on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content. The site may show ads from Google and its partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

All Time Stories is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that any story is complete or current.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, All Time Stories is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use All Time Stories means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
