This policy explains what information All Time Stories ("we", "us") collects when you use alltimestories.tv and the All Time Stories app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: if you create an account, your email address. We use it to sign you in and to send account emails such as sign-in links.
• Membership and payments: if you become a member, payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your membership status and Stripe customer reference.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, the link that brought you here (for example a TikTok or YouTube post), device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to understand what people watch and to keep the site working and secure.
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We may also show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (accounts and database), Bunny.net (video hosting and delivery), Stripe (payments) and, when ads are shown, Google AdSense. They process information only to provide their services to us.

How we use information

To provide and improve the website and app, manage accounts and memberships, measure which stories people enjoy, prevent abuse, respond to you, and show ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your account information and cancels your membership.
• You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@alltimestories.tv.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like staying signed in, may stop working.

Children

All Time Stories is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping information

We keep account information while your account is open, and payment records as long as required by law. Usage data is kept in summary form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
